**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus)
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40+ preferred)
* Own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (remote position)
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training (Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-7:30pm EDT)
