You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. **Responsibilities** * Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions * Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and dealerships * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue for our dealer clients * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments **Qualifications** * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary * Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change * Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support * Gaming experience is helpful, but not required **Requirements** * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Must live within the state of Texas * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions is essential, as this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $13 per hour * Opportunity to work from home, with a flexible schedule and remote training * Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on growth and development * Comprehensive training program, with ongoing support and guidance * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about empowering dealerships to succeed in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
