**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Chat Operators to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional customer service, and turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our automotive dealer clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Represent careerzynith and our automotive dealer clients favorably, building rapport and trust with customers
* Turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients
* Utilize gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Kansas
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
* Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software
