- **Communication**: Respond to user inquiries, provide support, and escalate issues to senior moderators or management as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the careerzynith team to develop and implement community engagement strategies, improve user experience, and enhance the overall quality of our Discord server.
### Qualifications
