**The Role**

* **Staying up-to-date with industry trends**: Staying current with the latest developments in online community management, digital engagement, and user experience design.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Excellent written communication skills**: Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
* **Experience in chat moderation, customer support, or community management**: A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices in user engagement.
