**Job Description:**
As a Chat Moderator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and engaging space for all users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, which may involve:
+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
+ Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
+ Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
+ Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users who have questions or concerns
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and conflict resolution
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Hourly rate: $12.50 per hour
* Pay cycle: Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday
