**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Chat Brand Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to golfers of all levels, from enthusiasts to professionals
* Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and brand with customers
* Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to assist customers in finding the perfect clubs and accessories
* Communicating with customers at a professional level, both verbally and in writing
* Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches
* Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
**Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5 years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
* 2 years of club fitting experience, with a focus on TaylorMade products
* In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands
* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Familiarity with golf terminology and concepts, including swing mechanics, club selection, and course management
