* Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed advice to our customers
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and efficiency
**Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
* 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a deep knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products
* In-depth knowledge of similar products from other brands, with the ability to compare and analyze them effectively
* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
* Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm, and clear communication skills
