Experienced Catalog Manager Needed for E-Commerce Website
We are seeking a detail-oriented, Bilingual Catalog Manager (English/Spanish) to oversee and enhance our product listings. This is a key role for someone who excels at organizing data and can craft high-quality product content for both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
You won't just be "uploading products" you will be the architect of our digital storefront, ensuring every listing is accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually consistent across both languages.
Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Clave:
- Bilingual Content Management: Create, translate, and localize product descriptions from English to Spanish (and vice-versa) ensuring they sound natural and professional.
- Listing Optimization: Write magnetic titles and bullet points optimized for SEO in both languages.
- Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in technical specs, pricing, and inventory across the CMS.
- Catalog Structure: Organize categories, tags, and filters to ensure a seamless navigation experience.
- Visual Audit: Ensure all product imagery meets brand standards and is correctly assigned.
- Strategic Growth: Set up cross-selling and up-selling rules to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
Requirements
- Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- E-commerce Experience: 2+ years managing catalogs (Shopify, Amazon, Magento, etc.).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPS, data cleaning, and bulk uploads).
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of keyword research for e-commerce in both markets.
- Detail Obsessed: You spot a typo or a broken link from a mile away.
