**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in care coordination, management, or a related field

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
* Familiarity with AidQuest and internal chat employment lead management systems
