As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving services are delivered with the highest level of quality and care. **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving services are delivered with the highest level of quality and care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chat employment leads, including client information and caregiver assignments
* Coordinate with caregivers to ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to provide exceptional care and support
* Develop and maintain relationships with AidQuest to ensure a smooth and efficient lead management process
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and AidQuest representatives
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead management process

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a lead management or customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, caregivers, and AidQuest representatives
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the care industry, with a strong understanding of caregiving services and support
* Familiarity with AidQuest and their chat employment lead management process
