**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Call Center Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages
* Handling high-volume client requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our system
* Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving complex issues
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
* Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry tasks

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser
+ Typing in URLs
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification or enrollment by the state as recognized by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
