Experienced Call Center Representative for Data Entry and Customer Service – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

As a call center representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders. Job Overview In this full-time call center representative role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient enrollment and data entry, and resolving third-party rejections. You will work under direct supervision, adhering to established guidelines, procedures, and techniques to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your primary objective will be to provide excellent customer service, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain efficient communication with patients, prescribers, and other internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter data into the appropriate system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed. Respond to patient inquiries (inbound calls, visits, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. Resolve third-party rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Provide support to pharmacists, both in the office and in other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, and completing forms online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacies or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
