We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Utilizing arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter information into our system
Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
Investigating to obtain missing prescription data and interpreting medical abbreviations (SIG codes)
Resolving all data entry-related exceptions
Handling communication with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
Resolving Third-Party Rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements
Making phone calls to insurance providers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections
Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations
Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as appropriate
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online)
Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:
At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
At least 1-2 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification agency
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
Fluency in Spanish and English
