**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing careerzynith's proprietary systems and software
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient and medication information
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic computer skills, including operating a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
* Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
* Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
* Possession of a pharmacy technician certification or registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
* Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
