We are proud to be a part of the arenaflex Boots Coalition, a company that shares our values and commitment to excellence. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages * Handling high-volume client requests with accuracy and efficiency, including data entry tasks * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to enter patient and medication data, and to process new patient enrollment * Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related issues * Settling correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed * Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as required * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed * Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or accreditation within the first 90 days, and maintaining a current certification or accreditation **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online * Essential web search skills, including: + Opening a web browser + Composing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Middle-level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM) + Typing by memory + Organizing reports * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years of age or older **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of pharmacy technician experience with a certification or enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Designing reports * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunity to work from home in a remote setting * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
