**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle high-volume calls, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity standards.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to collect and update patient and medication information.
* Investigate and resolve missing data issues, deciphering clinical abbreviations and SIG codes as needed.
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions, ensuring that patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Acquire a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or registration within the first 90 days of employment and maintain a current certification or registration.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser
+ Typing in URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM), typing by memory, and organizing reports
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of pharmacy technician experience with a certification or registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
