**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize careerzynith's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
* Investigate to obtain missing pharmacy data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related issues.
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
* Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
* Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs.
* Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Acquire a dynamic specialist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current professional license or certification.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Basic computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
* Basic web search skills (e.g., open a program, type in URLs in the address bar, use a search engine, bookmark a website, navigate using back/forward/stop buttons, and complete forms online).
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a license or certification by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
