* Resolution time: 95% of issues resolved within 30 minutes
* Customer satisfaction: 90% or higher

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and call center software.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Previous experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
