Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls, addressing billing and payment inquiries, plan changes, and upgrades Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer questions and concerns Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Provide personalized recommendations for blithequark's products and services, meeting monthly sales goals Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective service Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services as needed What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like In this full-time work-from-home position (40 hours/week), you will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. You will be an expert at simplifying complex information, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to customers. Top sellers can earn up to $72,114 per year.
