**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences. **Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative (REMOTE), you will be responsible for:
* Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
* Running reports in SAP and working collaboratively with the team
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Helping with debits, credits, and tracking shipments
* Collaborating with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Providing follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
* Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Microsoft Excel experience
* S/4 Hana experience
