Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team as a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist. As an FNOL Representative, you will play a critical role in providing quality inbound communication services, recording First Notice of Loss claims, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a remote work opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and provide outstanding service to customer representatives. Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available. Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable, following established protocols and procedures. Analyze photos and map the correct location of damages, utilizing your analytical skills to determine the extent of the damage. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Essential Qualifications Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute error-free; a typing test will be required as part of the hiring process. Full competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, with excellent active listening and written communication skills. Excellent reading skills, with the ability to read and follow a script, and analyze and interpret photos to determine damage. Must be able to establish an appropriate work environment within your home for work purposes; blithequark provides the necessary computer equipment. Preferred Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus, as well as any other relevant software or systems. High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field. FNOL Incentive Program This program is specifically designed for FNOL team members, offering high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in addition to blithequark's tiered support bonus system. The incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month, with each day meeting the set standard earning $10.
