Job Overview
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Benefit Development and Backing team, providing high-level analytical support and insights to drive business growth and optimization. This cross-functional position will collaborate with various key stakeholders, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Development, Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing, to provide support for activities such as client investment spend, business arrangements, supply chain, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Design and execute pilot programs, including A/B testing, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain and update required tools and models, such as BPM or Course Planning, to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy.
Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address these issues.
Proactively analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and optimization.
Support the development and implementation of arenaflex tools and models to improve financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities.
Develop business cases and models to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Perform other related and assigned duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation.
Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities.
Strong data literacy and ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Data visualization skills using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement and ability to balance long-term and short-term needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support multiple stakeholders.
Strong change management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
