As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of business strategies, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and driving process improvements. This is a part-time position that requires 8 hours of work per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $26. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Pre-and post-examination of client programs, critical tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to assist the business in making informed decisions. * Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing). * Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions. * Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify gaps or opportunities that the business needs to consider or address. * Support the development and implementation of Coke Florida tools to improve financial targets based on the various switches from top-line to bottom-line with continued improvement of value chain capabilities. * Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements. * Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and develop business case outlines. * Any other related and assigned responsibilities. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will require: * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimating. * Project Management or Design experience is highly preferred. * Strong Excel skills - PivotTables, VLookups with modeling capabilities. * Strong data analysis skills. * Data visualization skills through Power BI or Microsoft Power BI. * Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet. * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support diverse stakeholders. * Strong change management skills. * Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision. * Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework. * Commitment to continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** Additional skills that will make you successful in this role include: * Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. * Measurable analysis using R or a similar tool. * Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools. * Knowledge of SharePoint. * Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, production processes. * Project management or support experience. **What We Offer** As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $26, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
