Job Overview blithequark is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Data Entry Specialist to join its team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, attending requirements workshops, and creating test plans and test cases. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Elicits and documents business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded Attends requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations Documents requirements, such as user stories, that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria Creates test plans and test cases, ensuring that all projects are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards Organizes and maintains the team backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard Answers incoming client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support Collaborates with the management team on new products and sales strategies, contributing to the company's growth and success Works with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that all clients are satisfied and loyal to the company Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
