**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Business Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key drivers and opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the 340B program
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide business decision support and analysis at various levels
* Create and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and program enhancements through data-driven analysis
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the 340B program to identify opportunities for enhancement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)
* Proven experience in data analysis and management, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Experience working with Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization
* Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve specific project objectives and goals)
* Experience building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using formulas, combining and formatting cells, printing focused pages or creating pivot tables)
