Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts to analyze data and processes to gain insights that improve operations

Develop and maintain metrics and benchmarks to measure performance and progress

Essential Qualifications
BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
3+ years of data analysis experience
Proven experience with SQL and Tableau
Advanced level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Python is a plus
Strong business acumen with the ability to see behind the results to translate data into meaningful business insights

MBA/MS or higher
