Essential Qualifications
BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer support or contact center environment
Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Python is a plus
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

MBA/MS or advanced degree in a related field
