Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Global Reporting team. As a Business Analysis Manager, you will contribute to arenaflex's success by collaborating with cross-functional finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for a highly senior audience, including the board and executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for driving and improving our consolidated operating margin analyses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to influence peers and leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative approaches to complex problems and situations, using statistical tools and scenario analysis to inform sound financial business decisions. Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to colleagues to achieve business results, including mentoring junior members of the team and performing first-level review responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes. Present data and recommendations to senior management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Drive change and efficiencies, delivering effective reporting and insights that inform business decisions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration. Intermediate experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. Relevant industry experience, with a track record of driving business results and improving processes. Experience contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence others. Project management experience, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or Master's in Finance.
