Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our leadership team and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $27 per hour and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing, submitting, and reviewing expense reports in compliance with arenaflex policies Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and other administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings Proactively provide organizational and staffing support to the team, including space management, resource allocation, procurement, headcount management, onboarding, and event planning Plan and coordinate employee protection events, team all-hands meetings, and off-sites Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information and making decisions within your area of responsibility Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and other office requests Manage nicknames and support new employee setup (office, equipment, etc.) Provide scheduling support where required Perform additional everyday administrative tasks as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology. You should also have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial, business support, or customer service role, with a focus on planning meetings/events, travel management, and basic administrative work. Preferred Qualifications An Associate's Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) is preferred. Additionally, experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is highly desirable.
