Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including greeting members, servicing their needs, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products. You will also generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries, refer to senior staff or agents when necessary, and provide cashiering services to members.
