Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. * Providing exceptional customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'brick and mortar' call center environment. * Taking ownership of customer issues in order to provide confident resolution. * Maintaining a quiet, uninterrupted workspace and an organized desk area. * Meeting technology requirements, including a personal computer, broadband internet connection, Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software, and a wired USB headset with microphone. **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software. * Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc. * Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. * Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution. * Tech savvy and avid computer user. * Ability to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor. * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area * Personal computer (no tablet) * Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed * Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system * Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date * Wired USB headset with microphone * Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility. * No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during Working Solutions working time.
