As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing expert support to customers via phone, addressing their questions and concerns related to bookkeeping software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting.
* Demonstrating proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software, ensuring seamless navigation and efficient issue resolution.
* Collaborating with customers to understand their needs, providing personalized solutions, and escalating complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution, customer feedback, and product recommendations.
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest bookkeeping software features, best practices, and industry trends.
* Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
* **Soft Skills**:
+ Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and building strong relationships with customers.
+ Strong ownership of customer issues, with the ability to take control of situations and provide confident resolution.
