We guarantee a minimum of 45 minutes of work for each hour if you're available for the full 60 minutes. **Schedule** Our flexible schedule allows you to work at times that suit you best. Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**: You should be comfortable navigating and troubleshooting accounting software processes, ledger entries, and other related tasks. * **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**: You'll need to have a solid understanding of accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks. * **Customer service experience**: You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or brick-and-mortar call center environment. * **Comfort with cross-selling**: You'll need to be comfortable selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns. * **Strong ownership of customer issues**: You should be able to take control of customer issues and provide confident resolution. * **Tech savvy**: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and have a strong understanding of technology. * **Friendly tone and professional demeanor**: You should be able to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure your success as a blithequark contractor, you'll need: * **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions. * **Organized desk area**: You should have a clean and organized workspace that allows you to focus on your work. **Technology Requirements** To participate in our program, you'll need: * **Personal computer**: You'll need a computer that meets our minimum requirements (see below). * **Broadband internet connection**: You'll need a stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps. * **Wired internet connection**: You'll need to use a wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet). * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**: You'll need to use one of these operating systems. * **Valid antivirus software**: You'll need to have up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer. * **Wired USB headset with microphone**: You'll need a high-quality headset to ensure clear communication with customers. **Important Information** Before applying, please note the following: * **Location**: You must live and work from the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. * **Criminal background check**: You'll need to pass a criminal background check to participate in our program. * **Contractual relationship**: The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship.
