What We're Looking For We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier clients in Billing Services Technician positions. As a Billing Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing responsive and timely service to agents and brokers, performing billing support regarding cancellation notices, final cancellations, reinstatements, and rescissions while complying with Federal and state regulations. You will also build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form, and be responsible for timely resolution of billing issues by utilizing basic problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive and timely service to agents and brokers. Perform billing support regarding cancellation notices, final cancellations, reinstatements, and rescissions while complying with Federal and state regulations. Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form. Responsible for timely resolution of billing issues by utilizing basic problem-solving skills. Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances. Familiarity with various technology platforms such as Google Workspace Tools, Salesforce, and payment processing software is a plus. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications: 25 years of full-time work experience. 10 most recent years of insurance carrier experience. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with various technology platforms such as Google Workspace Tools, Salesforce, and payment processing software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
