**Responsibilities**
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Entering bills of lading into careerzynith's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
* Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
* Communicating any billing issues to the Service Centers
* Performing all necessary audits as assigned
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
* Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
* Assisting in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
* Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Service Centers and other teams
* Ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as required
* Legally eligible to work in the United States
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Fluent in English
