**Responsibilities**
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for entering bills of lading into our internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
* Communicating any billing issues to our Service Centers and resolving them in a timely manner
* Performing all necessary audits as assigned to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned and assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
* Identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing and providing feedback to improve our processes
* Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Willingness to work late afternoons and evenings, including 2nd shift
* Legally eligible to work in the United States
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Fluent in English
