As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! We offer paid training and a remote full-time position, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Please note that a distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours, so we kindly request that you create a dedicated workspace for this role.

* Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation
* Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for training
