At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
