About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing internet-related issues, providing timely and professional assistance to resolve their queries. Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
Respond to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Offer step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, leveraging your knowledge of networking concepts and internet troubleshooting techniques.
Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, managing inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, and leverage networking tools for support to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting and ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices.


Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
