At arenaflex, the sky is the limit, and we're committed to helping you achieve your goals. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. * Meeting sales objectives as defined. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results.
