About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert at careerzynith, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, fielding inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues, escalate interactions when necessary, and provide feedback on call issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Provide feedback on call issues
* Meet sales objectives as defined

Qualifications:

* Bilingual Spanish/English
* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* 6 months of sales experience minimum
* Able to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
* Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements:

* Internet Connection Requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
