This will involve: * **Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns** * **Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues** * **Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate** * **Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments** * **Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes** * **Providing feedback on call issues** * **Upselling if required** **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're on the hunt for fearless and talented individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
