**Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs to provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
* Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide exceptional support.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve routine problems and provide information regarding various client products and services.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
* An active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license.
* The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a test required to assess your language proficiency.
* A high school diploma or GED.
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
* A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature.
* The ability to pass a background check.
* Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience working in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Knowledge of insurance products and services.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
