**The Role**

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. **Key Responsibilities**

β€’ Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
β€’ Process new and/or amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.
β€’ Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, building relationships and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
β€’ Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers, leveraging your bilingual skills to provide exceptional service.
β€’ Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

**Requirements**

β€’ 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
β€’ Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
β€’ Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a strong proficiency in both languages (test required).
β€’ High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
β€’ Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
β€’ Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs.
β€’ Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature.
β€’ Ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid U.S. address for residence.
