**Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Social Media Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Delivering world-class customer service through social media channels, providing solutions and identifying sales opportunities
* Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
* Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

**Requirements**

* Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills
* Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
* Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role
* Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday
* Desire to work overnight shift from 9:00PM - 6:00AM CST, with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a social media customer service environment
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
