* Oversee and moderate translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with the customer support team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge.
### Required Skills
* Fluency in both Slovakian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
* Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving their problems.
* Familiarity with translation tools is advantageous, but not required.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
