**Key Responsibilities**

* Translating careerzynith product content into Slovakian using provided tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Moderating and reviewing translations from fellow team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality translations.
* Upholding a high standard of professionalism and kindness in all interactions, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.

**Required Skills**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Bilingual proficiency in Slovakian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, even in high-stress situations.
* Experience in translation and moderation of content is advantageous, but not required.
* Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
