Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions regarding our products and services
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
Offer additional products and/or services to customers as needed
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
