About the Role We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Service Representatives. As a remote worker, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, helping customers resolve basic technical issues, tracking and documenting information in databases, offering additional products and/or services, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
